Interesting facts about me
Hi everyone. I have 4 things I am totally addicted to, Crocheting, Knitting, TV and the Internet.
My partner Chris and I were together from April 12,1997, and we had our commitment ceremony in P'town in September 1998. He decided to leave me w/o warning on 2/5/10. I have been on the internet pretty much full time since
September 1999. I've had groups on a variety of services over the years, but spent most of my time on MSN Groups until they were closed on February 23,
2009.
I have been disabled since September 1993. I have been sober since October 1992.
I attempted some part time jobs off and on from 1994-1999, but had problems at all of
them, and have not attempted working since Autumn 1999. I suffer from depression and anxiety, but can not take prescriptions due to side effects, but use St
John's Wort. I have physical limitations, and although I've lost a little, I'm still almost 70 lbs. overweight.
I am very open and honest. I've been openly gay since about 1984. I am very opinionated and blunt, and do not look at the world through rose-colored glasses. I prefer positivity, but I am not one to hold back if I don't like something, and like to share my opinions, both good and bad. I have some underlying anger issues, but be nice to me, and not an overbearing, threatening, control freak, and we will get along. I am a minor control freak, but I have learned that too many rules cause problems, and too many administrators make a place unbearable.
My little profile here, just like my groups, is a work in progress. It is MY profile, and therefore, IMHO only I and people I already know should be able to post anything on it. I found that people were abusing the Comments section, so I removed it temporarilly. Sorry for the inconvenience. It has been restored, for a while now actually. You may PM me, or apply to join my groups and post positive comments on them. Negativity, Spam, lies, hatred, anything like that will get you banned and blocked. If I do not already know you, and you want to post a comment on my profile, please tell me clearly how you found me and why I should approve your comment.
Also, I will only approve "friend" applications for those people whom I recognize as someone I already know. If I know you from other online services, and you use a different name on Yuku, please include the user name I will recognize if you post a comment or apply to be my friend.

My Etsy and Avon Shops (eBay and Facebook too!)
Since my partner of almost 13 years decided to leave me w/o warning nearly 3 weeks ago, I need to supplement my SSD checks, so I have opened an Etsy shop and have become an ERepresentative for Avon, allowing me to sell nationwide. Please register at both websites and check often. I have also re-established myself as an eBay seller soon too. I am also active on Twitter and other sites.I had posted links here, but they all just take you right back to this profile so I removed them.

Just a quick announcement. I have posted a few messages to update my groups. I changed some settings and descriptions, and order of forums. Only one of my groups has some members who have posted a little, but the others are all going to eventually be closed, after I save the best content and post it elsewhere. It appears the content of those groups may be better for Shutterfly or Facebook.
